Founder of 5 Star Hospitality Training, Sharon is a TQFE-qualified further education lecturer with a degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management from the University of Strathclyde. With over 11 years’ teaching experience and 12 years experience as an External Verifier in Hospitality & Catering with SQA, she’s a highly skilled communicator and an expert tutor with a flair for delivering courses that are engaging, effective, and
fun.

Neil Miller

Neil Miller is a Licensing Standards Officer with over 11 years experience, providing advice and support to licensees at a local and national level. Neil has an honours degree from Glasgow University and has a specialist Licensing Paralegal graduate diploma from Strathclyde University Law School. Neil has further devised and produced bespoke online Scottish Licensing training for national training companies. He also sits on the Institute of Licensing for Scotland Board and National Committee of Licensing Officers for Scotland.

Fiona is a creative professional with significant experience in the hospitality industry.  She is an efficient consultant with proven communication, training, development and facilitating skills. An experienced assessor and verifier with over 25 years experience in the delivery of SVQ's.  A forward thinker in a customer led environment with the skills to achieve objectives through the development and motivation of people and to make training fun.

Paul fair

From a background of over 30 years experience in various law enforcement, compliance management and investigation roles Paul is currently a full time Licensing Standards Officer (LSO) and Civic Licensing Standards Officer (CLSO) with a Scottish Local Authority.  He has held this position since 2008 and was one of the founder members of the well respected National LSO Group.
