Sharon Lande, Founder

Founder of 5 Star Hospitality Training, Sharon is a TQFE-qualified further education lecturer with a degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management from the University of Strathclyde. With over 11 years’ teaching experience and 12 years experience as an External Verifier in Hospitality & Catering with SQA, she’s a highly skilled communicator and an expert tutor with a flair for delivering courses that are engaging, effective, and

Neil Miller
Neil Miller was a Licensing Standards Officer with over 15 years experience, providing advice and support to licensees at a local and national level. Neil further has an honours degree from Glasgow University and has a specialist Licensing Paralegal graduate diploma from Strathclyde University Law School. Neil has recently devised and produced bespoke online Scottish Licensing training for national training companies. He also sits on the Institute of Licensing for Scotland Board and now runs his own Licensing Consultancy business NMLC Licensing Consultancy (See our partners page).
Paul fair
From a background of over 30 years experience in various law enforcement, compliance management and investigation roles Paul is currently a full time Licensing Standards Officer (LSO) and Civic Licensing Standards Officer (CLSO) with a Scottish Local Authority. He has held this position since 2008 and was one of the founder members of the well respected National LSO Group.
